Dr Sai Sudarsan Puduru is a well trained and an experienced micro neurosurgeon and an endovascular neurosurgeon based at Hyderabad. He grew up in Tirupati and finished his medical schooling there. He did his masters in General Surgery at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh and went to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, Thiruvanthapuram for Super speciality training in Neurosurgery. He has a very good experience in micro neurosurgery, endoscopic neurosurgery, spinal instrumentation and stereotaxy.
He is also a trained endovascular neurosurgeon. He is well known as the best spine surgeon in Hyderabad. He introduced the concept of percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) in Hyderabad.
Dr.P.Sai Sudarsan is an experienced neurosurgeon. His neurosurgical training was in the prestigious Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum. He developed special interest in vascular neurosurgery during his training and became an accomplished vascular neurosurgeon. After practicing microsurgery in treating cerebral aneurysms for more than 10 years he learnt endovascular neurosurgery and is one of the very few neurosurgeon who can clip or coil an aneurysm.
He also has interests in skull base surgery and endoscopic spine surgery. He underwent specialized training in South Korea for percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy and is one of the first to practice that procedure in India.
He has many publications to his credit and is a faculty in many workshops and conferences. He is a member and fellow of the esteemed royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh.
